Tryout information for the 2026–2027 Carolina Explosion Volleyball season will be released soon.
We are excited to begin building teams for the next era of Carolina Explosion and look forward to welcoming athletes who are ready to compete, grow, and develop in a high energy and development focused environment.

USAV Age Definitions
18U
Players born on or after July 1, 2008, or players born on or after July 1, 2007 who are still in the 12th grade during the current academic year.
17U
Players born on or after July 1, 2009.
16U
Players born on or after July 1, 2010.
15U
Players born on or after July 1, 2011.
14U
Players born on or after July 1, 2012.
