Join us for a special morning with our official training partners at Worthy Volleyball Plyometrics!
For Athletes: Strength and conditioning, jump training, and athletic development led by the Worthy coaching staff.
For Parents: An optional Parent Boot Camp with Coach Chris focused on total body strength through the Big 4 lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Overhead Press. No experience needed!
